Registered Nurse to accompany you to/from your appointment, and procedures.

Out-of-State Travel Nurse Escort
Registered Nurse will accompany you on travel outside of Ohio for surgery, recovery or wellness support. Available only in states where Luxehydra Nurses are licensed. ​Includes: *Pre-travel health assessment & preparation. *In-flight and ground travel monitoring and assistance *Medication reminders and wound care during travel. *Post-op recovery support at your destination. *Client is responsible for Nurse Roundtrip Airfare, Hotel Accommodations (minimum 3- star) and Ground Transportation for entire stay* Pricing: Half-Day Travel Escort (up to 5 hours): $1200 Full-Day Travel Escort (6 to 12 hours): $2200 Overnight / Multiple Days: Starting at $3500

Eye and/or Ear Drop Administration
Includes assistance with prescribed eye and/or ear drops to ensure accurate timing, dosage and comfort. Perfect for post-surgical clients, elderly patients or those who needing consistent medication support. *Clients must provide prescribed drops and instructions from their physician.*

Nurse Escort for Elderly Appointments
Registered Nurse will accompany seniors to and from medical appointments. Incudes mobility assistance, medication reminders and note-taking during physician visit if requested. ​ *Transportation for the client to/from appointment is the responsibility of the client. Nurse will drive in her own vehicle and will not transport client.*

Home Safety & Fall Prevention Assessment
Falls are the #1 cause of injury for older adults. During your assessment, a Registered Nurse will: *Conduct a comprehensive safety walk-through of the home *Identify hidden fall hazards (loose rugs, poor lighting, etc.) *Review mobility and balance concerns that increase fall risk *Provide customized recommendations and practical solutions for creating a safer living environment *Suggest supportive equipment (grab bars, shower chair, etc. ) if needed (You will receive a a written report and action plan the same day- so you will know exactly what to fix, where to focus and how to reduce risks immediately.)

Respite Care
Caring for a loved one can be rewarding- but also exhausting. Our Respite Care Services give family caregivers the chance to rest, recharge, or just simply take a break while knowing their loved one is in safe, compassionate hands. ​Provided by a Registered Nurse, our respite care includes: *Companionship & supervision in the comfort of home *Basic wellness checks (vital signs, hydration, general comfort) *Medication reminders (non IV, non-acute) *Mobility & safety assistance (transfers, walking support, fall prevention) *Provide light meals that the family provides. (Pleas note: Our respite care is for stable clients only. We do not provide acute, emergency or hospital-level medical care during respite visits.)

Prescription Pick-Up & Delivery
Includes: *Secure pick-up from your preferred pharmacy *Safe delivery to your home same day *Medication check-in (basic review to ensure labels match physician instructions) (Client MUST pay for medication in advance of pick-up. Nurse does not handle client's credit cards or insurance cards. Service does not include medication administration or adjustments.)

Family Wellness Updates
Includes: *Wellness check- Vital signs, hydration, safety review *Brief assessment notes for family reference *Phone call directly to designated family contact (This wellness update is for stable, non-acute clients only. This is only an update service, not an emergency medical evaluation. Great for families who live out of state.)

Transitional Care from hospital or long term nursing facility to home
Our Transitional Care Service ensures a smooth, safe, stress-free move from the hospital or facility back to the comfort of home. Includes: *Day of discharge assistance - safe transport coordination, home readiness check *Medication review & organization (non-acute) *Vital signs and wellness check upon home arrival *Fall prevention walk thru and assessment *Family education on what to monitor and follow-up instructions (This service is for stable clients only. It does not replace physician follow-up or provide emergency care.)​
